As a Keyholder, you will support the Assistant Manager and Store Manager in ensuring store productivity and profitability. Your responsibilities will include creating a luxury experience for customers, achieving sales goals, supporting sales floor coverage, and managing clienteling and outreach. You will also handle visual displays, maintain store cleanliness, process returns and order pickups, and manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and supply orders. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work with multiple tech devices. You will also contribute to creating strategies based on market information to impact showroom results and provide feedback to the store manager.

Must have:

3 years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment
Excellent client service and communication skills
Comfortable with a flexible work schedule
Tech-savvy with multiple tech devices

Good to have:

Knowledge of Salesforce
Experience with luxury handbags, accessories, or fine jewelry

About the Opportunity

In the role of Keyholder you will support the Assistant Manager and Store Manager on a daily basis ensuring store productivity and profitability. You ensure productivity goals are met and work closely with the store manager to evaluate market information and create strategies that can impact showroom results. You will lead by example, set the tone for the store, and provide feedback to the store manager that will result in a more efficient, productive, and profitable location that exceeds FASHIONPHILE ONE service expectations.Responsibilities include:

Creating and upholding best in class luxury experience for procuring goods from clients and assisting them with purchasing items.
Achieving sales goals , conversion expectations, circularity, KPI’s and all service responsibilities.
Supporting the sales floor coverage and any other call to action customer service duties that may arise.
Clienteling and outreach responsibilities including follow through on all assigned targeted outreach data list (BOPS, SF Scheduler, Online Geo targeted list). Build a personal repeat business of FASHIONPHILE with client books, outreach and customer retention
Supporting visual displaying, upholding store cleanliness standards, returns, order pick ups and Selling.
Opening and closing the store, all cash handling functions and supply orders.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 3 years working in a fast paced retail or customer service environment
Excellent client service and communication skills
Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business
Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, google drive and apple products.
Knowledge of Sales force a plus
Working with luxury handbags, accessories or fine jewelry and watches
1 year of leadership experience in a professional environment is preferred

Pay Rate: This position begins at $21/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Irvine, CA location. This role is also eligible for uncapped commission.
