With a focus on India, KRAFTON is dedicated to nurturing the gaming and start-up ecosystem. In line with this commitment, KRAFTON initiated the KRAFTON India Gaming Incubator (KIGI) in October 2023. KIGI aims to support 6-10 teams annually with program durations ranging from six months to one year. Additionally, KRAFTON India has invested over $150 million in the Indian market in the past two years and has committed an additional $150 million to the Indian start-up ecosystem over the next three years.

About the Role:

Krafton India is seeking a skilled Lead Product Analyst with a strong background in product and data analytics, boasting over 5 years of experience. This role will contribute to our publishing unit's game analytics efforts, supporting strategic decision-making through comprehensive data insights. You will play a crucial role in localizing features and analysing player behaviour.

[Responsibilities]

  • Monitor game performance metrics and lead independent analytical projects.
  • Create reports to track game health, evaluate new features, and solve game issues.
  • Forecast business metrics to plan marketing budgets and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with the product team to design features and gather player feedback.
  • Use data to advise on pricing, game balance, and improvements.
  • Analyse competitor games for feature ideas and game enhancements.

[Requirements]

  • 5 years of experience in product analytics, preferably in gaming.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools.
  • Ability to turn data insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of player behaviour.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or similar field; advanced degree preferred.
