Job Description & Summary

The opportunity

PwC is looking for a highly motivated Junior Trainer to join our Human Capital team in Bucharest. A career in our Human Capital team, will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference at PwC by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people.

What you will be doing:

  • Identify the training and development needs of the individuals and of the groups you are responsible for.

  • Work closely with various leaders across the organization and have a full understanding of their teams and training requirements.

  • Understand the overall scope and define specific goals, deliverables, and success metrics for the L&D programs that you are in charge of.

  • Manage end-to-end L&D programs implementation.

  • Roll out and embed agreed L&D strategies and processes.

  • Organize and facilitate learning interventions on soft skills (e.g. Feedback, Conflict Management, Project Management, Communication skills, Presentation skills, etc.).

  • Design proposals or learning interventions that respond to identified development needs.

  • Actively promote a variety of development options. 

  • Make sure the learning history is up to date for the programs you are responsible for.

  • Reporting and updates on various L&D programs.

What we need from you:

  • Experience in a similar role.

  • Very good understanding of L&D principles and the role of the L&D function in an organization.

  • Strong project management skills demonstrated in managing complex activities.

  • Outspoken with excellent communication skills, able to build relationships.

  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong data analysis background.

  • Excellent facilitation skills on various topics. 

  • Solution focussed with an emphasis on quality.

  • Ability to cope with tight deadlines.

  • Team and virtual team collaboration skills.

  • Responsive and proactive approach.

  • English proficiency.
