Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves developing and managing game IPs and cultural content for global audiences. Responsibilities include developing business strategies for corporations and projects, analyzing business performance using internal and external data, creating reports and strategic documents for management decision-making, improving work processes, and supporting business operations. Candidates must have at least 6 years of total experience, with 4 years in planning/strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a deep understanding of the IT/game industry and current trends. A passion for game content and experience with data analysis and BI tools are highly desirable.

- 법인 및 프로젝트의 사업전략 수립 및 실행 지원
- 내/외부 데이터를 활용한 사업 성과 분석 및 인사이트 도출
- 경영진 의사결정을 지원하는 보고서 및 전략 문서 작성
- 업무 프로세스 개선 및 사업지원 업무 수행
자격요건
- 총 경력 6년 이상
- 기획/전략 관련 업무 4년 이상
필요역량
- 논리적이고 구조적인 문서 작성 능력
- 전략적 사고 및 문제 해결 능력
- 시장 조사 및 데이터 분석 역량
- IT/게임 업계와 트렌드에 대한 이해
우대사항
- 게임 콘텐츠에 대한 이해와 열정
- 데이터 분석 및 BI 도구 활용 경험
