Our Human Resources Information Systems team provides human resource technology support to PwC. As part of the team, you’ll help design, implement, and operate Human Resources technology application that help us develop insights and strategies for our people and to drive business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an HR technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Evaluate and recommend HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead the implementation of new HR systems and tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Manage system upgrades and enhancements, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of HR systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally and securely.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems.
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and other users on HR technology tools.
  • Collaborate with HR technology vendors to ensure service levels are met and issues are resolved.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide insights into key HR metrics.
  • Implement security measures to protect sensitive HR data.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and regulations in HR technology, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external laws and standards.
  • Manage and oversee the HCIM budget, resources, and governance, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and transparency.
  • Providing technical and functional support and guidance to the project team and end-users, and resolving any issues or escalations
  • Documenting and updating the project documentation, policies, procedures, and best practices.

Mandatory skill sets:

Years of experience required:

7-10 years of experience in HR systems implementation and support

Education qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology/systems management or related field

MBA in HR / Systems management with experience in HR information system will be preferred
