This role combines strategic human resources management and operational tasks to ensure smooth business functioning and employee satisfaction. You'll closely collaborate with the Group People & Culture team to advance and facilitate group wide People & Culture initiatives and policies.
Your responsibilities encompass the full employee life-cycle for the UK team – from recruitment, onboarding, development and enhancing the employee experience, to dealing with any disciplinary/ grievance matters and offboarding. You'll help lead all things HR, team activities, and office management.
