About the Role
The role is for individuals who are action oriented and are excited about recruiting and onboarding senior business professionals on the CleverX platform.
- To find, recruit, screen, and recruit mid-senior level professionals and on-board them on CleverX platform on tight deadlines.
- Communicate and engage with mid-senior level professionals diligently.
- Research, qualify and validate professionals based on their skills and match them to research studies.
- Keep the onboarded professioanls engaged and provide support.
- To build dedicated micro-communities of professionals in niche industries and retain them by facilitating paid-research oppotunitnies suitable to them.
- Co-ordinate with internal teams making sure user acquisition plans are timely.
- Report on daily and weekly acquisition progress and analyze acquisition data.
