PTW is seeking a Manual QA Software Tester to join their on-site team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role involves working with a team to manually test third-party software, developing and maintaining functional test cases, collaborating with developers on testing strategies, identifying and tracking bugs, performing regression testing, and liaising with internal teams. Responsibilities include documenting test data and validation, utilizing white and black box testing, working within an Agile/Scrum environment, and staying current with new testing tools and strategies. The position requires fluency in English and solid experience in manual software quality assurance.

PTW is seeking a Manual QA Software Tester to join our team. Will lead a team focused on manually testing third-party software.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a team of Manual QA testers to ensure the quality of our software.
  • Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, and automated scripts.
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand product changes and develop appropriate testing strategies.
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
  • Monitor debugging process results.
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Requirements

  • English Fluency
  • Solid experience in manual software quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
