The Energy Business Operations team seeks a Project Manager to oversee EMEA Megapack operations compliance, delivery, and cash forecasting. This role involves managing a complex project pipeline, collaborating with local and global teams (project management, engineering, logistics, demand planning, finance, IT), and establishing scalable processes to meet quarterly targets. Responsibilities include reporting on delivery and cash forecasts, acting as the primary contact for HQ teams, optimizing the Megapack distribution network, responding to project plan deviations and material shortages, and leading cross-functional meetings. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills and be capable of handling high variability and complexity. Continuous process improvement and cost reduction initiatives are also expected.

What to Expect
The Energy Business Operations team is looking for a motivated Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the EMEA Megapack operations compliance, delivery plan and cash forecast. S/he will manage a complex MP project pipeline, working closely with the local and global Energy teams and key internal stakeholders to build structured and scalable processes to ensure we meet quarterly targets whilst complying with internal and external guidelines. 
What You’ll Do
  • Manage and report on EMEA MP delivery and cash forecast and pacing
  • Work with local and global teams - including project management, project engineering, logistics, demand planning, finance and IT - to achieve key business objectives
  • Be the first point of contact for HQ teams such as Demand Planning, Production, Logistics and Finance
  • Lead recurring cross-functional meetings with Demand Planning, Sales Operations, Sales and Project Management  
  • Liaise with Logistics, GSM, Trade, VAT and other key stakeholders to map and optimise the distribution network for Megapacks
  • Respond to unanticipated changes, e.g. misses against the project plan or material shortages. As a result, provide updates, impact assessments and options to downstream stakeholders and revise delivery schedules as required
  • Take ownership of and actively participate in multiple projects simultaneously, communicating confidently with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are followed and business objectives are met
  • Undertake ongoing analysis to identify process and operational improvements with a view to scalability, efficiency and cost reduction
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, manufacturing, operations or engineering, or relevant industry experience 
  • 5+ years' experience in supply chain and operations, preferably in heavy haulage or distribution  
  • Preferably experience in managing complex - international logistics - supply operations  
  • Knowledge of logistics regulations and experience with customs and trade compliance, Incoterms and VAT 
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills; ability to succeed in situations of high variability and complexity 
  • Experience in construction and equipment supply, especially EPC, would be an advantage
