Job Description & Summary
In our digital transformation team, we work on change processes, with the impact of new legislation (e.g. CSRD, ESEF), reporting rules and reporting requirements (e.g. during an IPO) playing a crucial role. We work closely with our clients to make best use of technology during these complex processes, boosting innovation and helping them transform to a future-proof and agile business model.
It is important for our clients to keep track of the impact of these changes on their organisation, processes and systems. We support our clients in these challenges by means of our "Digital Twin of an Organisation" (DTO) proposition and build a platform that gives them insight into the complex environment they are in. A DTO uses real-time data to predict and incorporate the impact of changes (and associated problems) into processes, test new systems and enable clients to make data-driven decisions.
Are you a driven professional with a business, technical or financial background? Do you have an affinity with DTO software and can't wait to expand our DTO proposition? Are you excited by the opportunities created by the rise of process modelling, process mining, prescriptive analytics and business simulations? Will you help our clients with the successful completion of digital transformation projects associated with those developments and provide them with strategic advice? Would you also like to work in an ambitious team and continue your personal and professional development? Then you are the Manager Digital Transformation-DTO we are looking for!
What will you be doing?
As Manager Digital Transformation, you will mostly operate in multidisciplinary teams (including ERP & technology specialists, software developers and data analysts) to successfully execute challenging digital transformation projects. Using the latest DTO platform, business process mapping methods and technologies, we help businesses create added value for their clients and society and therefore remain relevant.
You will often assume the role of project manager, acting as the customer’s contact point and being responsible for correct delivery of the end product. Your role for a particular project will be the one best suited to the specific transformation project: from strategic reorientation to actual implementation and process optimisation.
Your work environment is dynamic; it ranges from working at a client's offices or at the PwC office to the flexibility of working from home. To meet the needs of our customers, we continuously invest globally in the development of our team members, our skills and the innovative tools that we use to help our clients transform sustainably and stay ahead of the competition. This leads to many opportunities to develop yourself into a “trusted boardroom advisor”.
As a Manager Digital Transformation-DTO, the activities that you will be working on include:
Providing insight into and advising on the impact of changing legislation on our clients' business processes, systems and internal controls.
Performing complex analyses using emerging technologies such as process mining and business simulations.
Translating client demands and technological potential into new services within the DTO proposition.
Developing and shaping digital and IT strategies and solutions along with the associated road maps for the client, which are necessary for the success of the digital transformation (e.g. during an IPO or major transformation).
Connecting with other propositions and translating overlaps into potential DTO solutions. You will guide and support colleagues in building and expanding the internal DTO environment.
Coaching and managing technical and other colleagues in their personal growth and in the development of various consulting skills.
At PwC, you will be part of a dynamic, international and multidisciplinary team of experts. Along with your colleagues, you will excel in our clients’ environments. You will also help to optimise our knowledge, methodologies and tools.
Does this describe you?
You are people-oriented and (socially) adept in political, dynamic and complex environments. You enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams. You are also a team player and a good listener who can clearly communicate ideas to colleagues and clients in order to collaborate to find the best solution. You are creative and can quickly identify new opportunities and translate them into specific proposals for both the client and PwC. You have a combination of strategic and analytical insights, a passion for technology and for your work, and you are a go-getter. In addition, you can create powerful reports and visuals and give convincing presentations for (senior) management. You are bursting with energy and:
You have at least five years of relevant work experience with (digital) transformation projects in complex environments.
You have a university degree in a subject such as technical or non-technical business administration, information management, engineering, RA/RC or similar.
You have demonstrable experience and affinity with IT, digitalisation, information management and/or advanced technical skills in data and software development.
You have sufficient business knowledge to develop business processes in BPMN 2.0, have an understanding of internal control and are able to discuss this with the client.
You have sufficient analytical skills to identify the impact of new legislation on business processes and internal control.
You have an affinity with emerging technologies and software (e.g. process mining) and can't wait to start working with these in practice.
You have experience or affinity with business process modelling, business process intelligence and process analytics. In addition, using PowerBI is no longer a challenge for you.
Experience with DTO software is a plus (e.g. Aris, Mavim).
You are people-oriented and socially adept in political, dynamic and complex environments. You are also creative when it comes to managing different stakeholders.
You are able to draw up powerful reports and give convincing presentations to senior management.
You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
