POSITION SUMMARY
The Area SME is the processes and systems expert in the Area.
- The person is the first point of contact for Area superusers, and Global implementation team and/or FPO, a Partner to Country Landside Manager and Area or respective Continuous Improvement Manager in recognizing, recommending and implementing areas of improvements.
- Drive end-to-end process standardization & digitalization for product across platforms/ applications.
- Key contributor to drive successful implementation of future platforms required in Landside Operations team. This includes drive change management, participate in/co-ordinate Pre-rollout, implementation and post -system roll out with quality inputs, support and escalation.
- Area Go to person to global team with Platform enhancement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Digitalization
- Key contributor to drive successful implementation of future platforms required in Landside Operations. This includes drive change management, participate in/co-ordinate Pre-rollout, implementation and post -system roll out with quality inputs, support and escalation.
- Engage local stakeholders – upstream and downstream functions for incoming change
- Own the system change request for the Area: Evaluate change requests / ideas from Super User, raise change requests/ ideas as well as follow up with global FPO
- Be the Area escalation point for issues as aligned/ required.
- Ensure platform milestones is delivered as planned.
- Escalate to Area senior management when platform functionalities are not in place as planned.
2. Process Standardization/ Transformation
- Drive users, together with Country Landside Operations managers, to adopt new way of working when new platform is rolled out.
- Drive process standardization in the area with the goal to deliver better productivity, quality and customer satisfaction
- Reduce process variations across products or identify solution based of platform if needed
- Be assistance to create standard SOP
- Automation - idea generation and consultant of process and system to automation team
3. People Capabilities
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate business solution into process standardization
- Ability to manage various stakeholders that are involved.
- Provide guidance to Area SU/ local SU’s/End users to resolve process/platform related issue.
- Ensure all system training needs for local SU's and local organization are covered
4. Customer Centricity
- Provide guidance/clarification for business users, ensuring minimum impact to our external customers on our Service Delivery

KEY COMPETENCIES
- Minimum 03 years’ professional experience at similar process excellence role(s) in transportation / logistics industry.
- Strong process knowledge, but not limited to, Landside transportation. Interests and understand business knowledge and its regulation, and interest in process and systems of relevant products
- Language proficiency: Native Vietnamese level, fluent English level
- Stakeholder management – Be able to engage different level of stakeholders
- Good communicator with ability to interpret and relay technical messages between technical and non-technical people
- Analytical skills
- Strong lean and continuous improvement mindset
- Good customer centricity mindset
- Good training and coaching skills
- Possess change management skill
- Technical project lead/UAT
