Epic Games seeks a Paid Media Associate to execute global paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and Reddit. Responsibilities include building, launching, and managing campaigns; implementing A/B tests for optimization; performing QA checks and monitoring daily performance; tracking and analyzing campaign data; and maintaining communication with internal teams. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of paid social media experience, preferably in entertainment or gaming, with expertise in bid management and optimization. Occasional weekend work is required.

What You'll Do

Epic Games is looking for a Paid Media Associate to execute paid social media campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience activating a variety of platforms with an understanding of the paid media ecosystem. This role is hands-on keyboard and will involve directly building and optimizing campaigns in-platform. Occasional weekend work will be required.

In this role, you will

  • Build, launch, and manage global paid media campaigns across all Paid Social platforms, ensuring proper tracking and attribution
  • Execute paid social media campaigns that align with Epic Games’ business and marketing objectives
  • Implement A/B tests for creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance
  • Perform thorough QA checks and monitor daily performance (budget, bids, placements) to optimize effectiveness
  • Track & analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights for optimization and reporting
  • Maintain active communication with internal teams to manage timelines and ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, seek mentorship, refine skills, and further gain understanding of the paid media ecosystem

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in paid social media, preferably within the entertainment or gaming industries
  • Expertise in all key paid social platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Reddit)
  • Experience executing paid media campaigns (global scale a plus), including bid management and optimizations
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a high-performing team in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Ability to pivot quickly while maintaining accuracy, platform best practices, and understanding business complexities
  • Possess a proactive and agile mindset, capable of making quick campaign adjustments in a fast-moving, dynamic company

This role is open to multiple locations across the US (including NYC & WA).

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

Washington Base Pay Range
$69,736$102,279 USD
