Job Details
- Maintaining corporate subsidiary compliance
- Filing and organizing legal documents
- Managing intellectual property (IP) and litigation dockets
- Managing templates, policies, and legal web pages
- Assisting with the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements
- Streamlining legal operations to ensure legal services are delivered efficiently and effectively
- Preparing routine legal documents
- Coordinating internal and external resources as needed
- Contract management
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in legal studies or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal assistant
- Familiarity with corporate law and legal procedures
- Strong organizational ability to prioritize your time and deadlines accordingly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
