Job Description

The Partner & Alliances Manager for Iberia will be responsible for building and executing the strategic partner plan, focusing on driving sales and growth within the Iberia region. This role involves collaborating with channel partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities and business opportunities. Key responsibilities include delivering revenue objectives, driving net new revenue streams with existing partners, identifying and recruiting new partners, and leading enablement initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of the IPaaS market, cloud applications, and the Iberia region's partner ecosystem.
Must have:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Channel or direct sales
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian
  • Experience influencing at C-level in the IPaaS market.
  • Understanding of how technology solves business problems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
Good to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Assigned to a particular territory or specific partners, our teams are dedicated to driving sales of Boomi. The focus is on getting the very best from a host of indirect sales channels, with a focus on global system integrators, regional and local system integrators, and value-added resellers. It’s about finding what works and constantly exploring ways to improve it. These relationships can change everything.
 
Please also note that this is a hybrid office/remote role where you will work at least 3 days per week from our stunning Barcelona office; and 2 days from home.

What you’ll achieve:
As a Partner & Alliances Manager for the Commercial territory in Iberia, you will be responsible for building and executing the strategic partner plan, working with channel partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities and business opportunities to accelerate the growth of our Iberia business.

You will:
  • Build, own and execute the local commercial partner business plan
  • Be responsible for delivering the agreed revenue objectives and partner QO targets
  • Work with existing channel partners and Boomi sales to drive net new revenue streams
  • Identify, target and recruit new partners
  • Drive enablement initiatives to ensure partners are highly skilled across the Boomi portfolio.
Essential Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Channel or direct sales
  • Fluency in English, Spanish and Italian
  • Experienced operating and influencing at C-level with demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the IPaaS market, Cloud Applications and Iberia region Partner Ecosystem.
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior-level leadership and executives
Desirable Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
