Summary

The Sales Planner supports the department in identifying 360º business solution opportunities aligned with company objectives. Responsibilities include building proposals for clients, managing all sales stages, identifying business opportunities, translating TWDC assets into advertising sales opportunities, and constructing proposals aligned with client needs. The role requires collaboration with internal departments (OPEC, Revenue Research, Creative Brand Solutions, marketing, finance, legal, CPGP), market research and analysis, developing institutional materials (media kits, price lists), supporting sales executives, client interface, post-sales support, and crafting customized presentations.
Must have:
  • 3+ years in advertising and special advertising projects
  • Advanced knowledge of Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in audience and research software (Comscore, Google Analytics)
  • Intermediate English and Spanish

O Sales Planner é responsável por apoiar o departamento na identificação de oportunidades de negócios em soluções 360º alinhadas aos objetivos da empresa, construindo propostas comerciais para os clientes de sua carteira e atuando em todas as etapas da venda.

Como você fará parte dessa história:

  • Apoiar na identificação oportunidades de negócios alinhadas aos objetivos da empresa, traduzindo ativos da TWDC em oportunidades de vendas de publicidade para sua carteira de clientes.
  • Construir propostas comerciais com os ativos TWDC que sejam alinhadas às necessidades dos nossos clientes, trabalhando junto do Executivo de Vendas para atingimento das metas da sua carteira.
  • Estabelecer alinhamentos internos antes e durante a entrega dos projetos com os departamentos da empresa que fazem interação com DASP: OPEC, Revenue Research, Creative Brand Solutions, marketing, financeiro, jurídico, CPGP.
  • Pesquisar, analisar e apresentar todas as informações disponíveis em pesquisas de mercado e dados de análise para defesas comerciais que objetivam vender os produtos TWDC.
  • Desenvolver materiais institucionais com todo o ecossistema TWDC, como Mídia Kit e Tabela de Preços, dando suporte para apresentações ao mercado.
  • Apoiar o Executivo de vendas na interface com as agências e clientes diretos, otimizando a comunicação.
  • Confecção de Pós venda de grandes Pacotes e Projetos, ajudando na renovação das propriedades envolvidas.
  • Construir narrativas customizadas nas apresentações, trazendo insights de cada cliente e/ou segmento, ajudando na argumentação e no speech dos executivos.

O que precisamos de você para ser parte dessa história:

  • Mínimo de 3 anos trabalhando com publicidade e projetos especiais de publicidade.
  • Conhecimentos avançados no Pacote Office (Excel e PowerPoint) e em softwares de audiência e pesquisa, como Comscore e Google Analytics.
  • Nível intermediário de inglês e espanhol.
