Job Description

Nagarro is seeking a Director (Digital Marketing Strategy and Operations) to drive their consulting offerings. Responsibilities include providing advisory on digital marketing strategy and operations, creating and analyzing customer journeys, mapping out KPIs and marketing funnels, developing lead generation programs, managing email and social marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, collaborating with sales teams, implementing SEO strategies, generating website and traffic reports, collaborating with content creators, leveraging Generative AI tools, and managing team members.
Must have:
  • Extensive experience in marketing operations
  • Strong focus on email, social marketing
  • Experience in website analytics, SEO
  • Experience in Marketing Automation
  • Knowledge of social media tools & platforms
  • Experience with Generative AI tools
  • Experience with data privacy
  • Ability to apply design thinking

Job Description

Summary

Nagarro a leading global consulting and digital services firm, seeks a Director (Digital Marketing Strategy and Operations) to drive our consulting offerings.

Key responsibilities:

  • Offering advisory on digital marketing strategy and operations functions.
  • Create and analyze customer journey to identify pain point and improve customer experience.
  • Map out the KPIs and marketing funnel and identify gap and opportunities.
  • Develop & implement lead generation and nurturing programs to move prospects through marketing and sales funnel.
  • Manage and execute all aspects of email and social marketing campaigns, including design, testing, and analysis.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness & ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure alignment on lead generation and follow-up processes.
  • Identify and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive web traffic.
  • Generate website and traffic reports from tools such as Google Analytics, Google - Search Console and suggest ways to improve page performance and optimize conversion.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure marketing materials are aligned with overall strategy and goals.
  • Leverage Generative AI tools for content creation, creative assets, and optimization suggestions.
  • Manage team members to achieve the above objectives.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of the digital marketing and customer experience management
  • Research capability to understand the customer / user
  • Planning capability for running digital marketing activities
  • Extensive experience in marketing operations with a strong focus on email, social marketing, preferably for B2B organizations.
  • Knowledge and experience in website analytics, SEO and optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge and experience in Marketing Automation.
  • Knowledge of social media tools & platforms - LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Experience with leveraging Generative AI tools for marketing purpose, content creation.
  • Experience with data privacy (GDPR) in the context of digital marketing.
  • Ability to apply design thinking approach to business problems.
  • A keen learner, focused on continuous learning and growth.
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Additional Information

  • You should have a management degree from a top university, specializing in Management/ Strategy/ Marketing. 
  • Should be bilingual (English, Japanese) with 14+ years of experience.
