Summary:
Nagarro a leading global consulting and digital services firm, seeks a Director (Digital Marketing Strategy and Operations) to drive our consulting offerings.
Key responsibilities:
- Offering advisory on digital marketing strategy and operations functions.
- Create and analyze customer journey to identify pain point and improve customer experience.
- Map out the KPIs and marketing funnel and identify gap and opportunities.
- Develop & implement lead generation and nurturing programs to move prospects through marketing and sales funnel.
- Manage and execute all aspects of email and social marketing campaigns, including design, testing, and analysis.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness & ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure alignment on lead generation and follow-up processes.
- Identify and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive web traffic.
- Generate website and traffic reports from tools such as Google Analytics, Google - Search Console and suggest ways to improve page performance and optimize conversion.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure marketing materials are aligned with overall strategy and goals.
- Leverage Generative AI tools for content creation, creative assets, and optimization suggestions.
- Manage team members to achieve the above objectives.
- Understanding of the digital marketing and customer experience management
- Research capability to understand the customer / user
- Planning capability for running digital marketing activities
- Extensive experience in marketing operations with a strong focus on email, social marketing, preferably for B2B organizations.
- Knowledge and experience in website analytics, SEO and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge and experience in Marketing Automation.
- Knowledge of social media tools & platforms - LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Google Ads.
- Experience with leveraging Generative AI tools for marketing purpose, content creation.
- Experience with data privacy (GDPR) in the context of digital marketing.
- Ability to apply design thinking approach to business problems.
- A keen learner, focused on continuous learning and growth.
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
