Your role and responsibilities:
Partner with our customers to identify and understand their business needs and advise how existing product features can tackle them or be extended to do so
Articulate the “What” and the “Why” into written requirements and acceptance criteria that can be agreed with the customer and understood by all in the engineering team
Be a core part of the engineering team, ensuring that work meet the functional and non-functional requirements.
Work closely with other teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Apply standard processes and lead by example, to strengthen the quality of what we deliver to our customers.
Key contributor to the development of internal product documentation, training, new tools, and techniques.
Articulate concepts clearly, precisely and concisely in both written and verbal form, Comfortable working at pace and balancing competing demands
We expect you to have
Education Qualification:
A degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience
Nice To Have
Experience of Agile delivery methodology and tools

Our work arrangement is hybrid. You will be coming into the office a minimum of 2 days per week, and will be required to work on-site with the customer from time-to-time.
