We are now looking for a Process Design & Management Lead to join our Process, Quality and standardization team in Gothenburg.

This role is new and we're looking for you to drive the terminal’s transformation towards a process-oriented business focused in Quality, based on a standardized way of working and the lean concept, in order to fulfil requirements from company, stakeholders and authorities. You will serve as an expert and role model for a process-oriented organization, standardization and lean.

Key responsibilities:

• Own full scope of PDM Lead framed in FLOW project. 
• Empower, enable and coach local capabilities on all levels to work according to processes and standards in day-to-day business, including to create, train, fulfil and follow up processes and standards.
• Proactively identify gaps and find alternatives to close them, as well as follow up on process effectiveness and KPI’s.

• Daily support to the terminal regarding quality, process and standard work.
• Co-operation with stakeholders such as HSE, local leaders, global and regional experts and initiatives.
• Co-operation and support with local Way of working team.
• Follow up and report progress both locally and globally
• Create prerequisites for a process-oriented business including; co-operation with stakeholders on all levels, ownership of management system, training, process mapping, process assessment, process confirmation and change management.
• Work with standardization projects, both with global and local stakeholders, ensuring that PDM activities within the projects are performed.

We're looking for:

• Strong skills and experience from Lean, Process work, Lean Six Sigma and/or Quality management.
• Own lived experience and success from process and standard work and from transformation of businesses towards a process-oriented way of working, based on standardization and Lean.
• Experienced in measuring of processes and using KPI’s to ensure process fulfilment and development.
• Strong skills in collaboration, teamwork, and communication on all levels all over company.
• Strong skills in change management.
• Strong skills in training and workshop facilitation.
• Ability to drive implementation of new processes and support organizational changes.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
