Then this is your opportunity to be part of an exciting newly formed NiHUB Nissan Business Solutions, Americas Region Shared Services Center (SSC) organization. The immediate focus for the successful candidate will be to drive all aspects related to the business development and expansion to offshore both local and regional teams into the SSC.

The Transition Management Sr. Specialist or Process Improvement Sr Specialist will provide business analysis support to new markets and guidance to client needs/requests, also works closely with internal teams to ensure delivery of expected solutions. This includes conducting in-depth client requirement reviews and contributing to the development of business cases for review, track approval and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to oversee the project plan ensuring quality, time and Cost. Execute, monitor and control it, ensuring integrity of the information at all times.

  • Execute and manage the project from start to finish, including process assessment and mapping (using visual diagrams), identification and analysis of strengths, weaknesses and improvement opportunities, solutions proposal and implementation support to ensure the benefit delivery.

  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating to up management.

  • Use internal and external data to conduct broad and deep quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to identify specific opportunities and to support business recommendations. Work with key internal stakeholders on defining and refining potential opportunities.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth, building relationships with key clients to increase opportunities for the NiHUB services.

  • Provides advice on best practices around business process design and improvement always from a customer-centric´s perspective.

  • Team up with the hub management and other relevant teams to analyze and designs business cases and processes to deliver sounded solutions to customers across the region while driving competitive advantages.

  • Relationship Management working on the planning of processes associated with the implementation of projects and business requirements, evaluate, and recommend plan for NiHUB migrations.

  • Participates in meetings as required to support the Transition Management team in the communication and promotion of the business case and project plans execution.

  • Keeps up to date on key initiatives, proposals, and requirements of each client group, facilitate sessions, prepare minutes of meeting, and follow up actions through execution. Lead presentations and be a strong member in the vision and strategy defined by the senior management to drive high quality plans across the organization.

  • Supports as needed ongoing effectiveness of current plans through robust KPIs, seek continuous feedback from business functions, change management team, collaborators, implementing suggestions for improving agility and cost-effectiveness

  • Prepares documents such as business process diagrams, flowcharts, roadmaps, requirements documents, use cases, user stories, etc. and lead reviews with regional stakeholders

  • As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.

  • Conduct as needed process analysis and process mappings sessions with key stakeholders

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline.

  • MBA, MA or CPA (preferred)

  • PMI, PMP Certification (desirable)

  • Training preferred (Six Sigma, Agile etc.), demonstrated by successful completion of a major business solutions/expansion project.

  • Demonstrated group facilitation skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Previous Work Experience:

  • +3 years of professional leadership and business expert similar role (prior experience in a shared services environment preferred +3 in a supervisor/coordinator Role)

  • Experience in process mapping

  • Experience in process automation (desirable)

  • Proven high experience in Project Management, business solutions/development, methodologies, tools and best practices.

  • Experienced in facilitating cross-functional team discussions, and provide clear direction using effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Executive presentations and project reporting experience is a must.

  • Experienced in making data-driven decisions.

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge in organizational development - organizational effectiveness.

  • Service & Support functions knowledge

  • Team leadership and negotiation experience/proficiency is required.

  • Strong business analysis competency with historic success in shaping opportunities via conceptual thinking and abstract problem-solving capabilities.

  • Analytical mindset to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations.

  • Established time management skills with the ability to direct multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work, prioritize and make decisions independently in a fast-paced services environment. Able to work in ambiguous situations.

  • Demonstrated ability to act independently, lead workgroups, and successfully manage multiple and complex projects.

  • Adapt to a continually changing business environment and handling multiple priorities.

  • Entrepreneurial and Continuous improvement mindset, Negotiation Skills, influencing and communication skills, results oriented, customer focus and people oriented.

Language: Advanced English level Required, TOEIC +700 demonstrated

Computer Skills:  

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Process Mapping tools (Visio, Miro, etc.) MUST

  • Project & Tasks Management tools (Project, Trello, Monday.com, others, etc.) MUST
