Job Description

As a Product Manager for the Partner Platform at Google Cloud, you'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions that drive rapid growth. You'll work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch, connecting technical and business worlds. Responsibilities include understanding the cloud ecosystem and market, identifying strategic opportunities, articulating product direction to stakeholders, validating market size and opportunity, and facilitating product launches, maintenance, and retirement. You'll operate in a fast-paced environment, tackling business challenges at scale to drive business growth and deliver Google Cloud's power globally. This role requires deep understanding of user requirements and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years product management experience
1+ year experience taking products to launch
Understanding of cloud ecosystem and market
Ability to influence stakeholders
Strategic thinking and execution

Good to have:

5+ years experience in product management building enterprise software
Experience with business applications for partner ecosystems
Experience in incentives, sales, ordering, contracting, and billing

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience in product management building enterprise software products.
Experience in business applications for partner ecosystem, incentives, sales, ordering, contracting, and billing.
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Understand the cloud ecosystem, the market, competition, and user requirements in-depth.
Identify strategic opportunities for the Google Cloud business, advocate investments, and obtain executive buy in.
Articulate your product direction in a way that captures attention and compels others to drive action despite obstacles and competing priorities.
Validate the market size and opportunity (e.g., user-based, strategic opportunity). Identify opportunities in the market landscape.
Facilitate launches, maintenance, and retirement in collaboration with other cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
