Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead and coordinate multiple product streams across multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate is an outcome-driven professional with a strong background in Agile methodologies, product team management, and a solid understanding of business objectives. This role requires a hands-on approach, including diving into business analysis and technical specifications to translate requirements effectively between design, product, and tech teams.

The Programme Manager will drive product delivery by managing sprint cadence, ensuring alignment with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), and keeping teams focused on delivering high-impact results. Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, ClickUp, Miro, Telegram, Slack, Figma, and GitBook is essential. Experience in Web3 and/or gaming is highly preferred.

• Manage Multiple Product Streams: Oversee several product teams simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and OKRs. Drive delivery across teams while balancing strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Lead multi-disciplinary teams (design, product management, engineering, and marketing) to ensure seamless collaboration and successful delivery of projects.
• Sprint Cadence & Agile Methodologies: Implement and manage Agile sprint cadences, ensuring delivery timelines are met and teams remain focused on priorities. Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Outcome Focused: Ensure that all teams and product streams are aligned with key business outcomes. Be tough on delivery and committed to achieving measurable results.

• Hands-On: Get involved in the details of projects, assisting in breaking down tasks, creating user stories, and managing backlogs. Provide business analysis and technical specification support as needed.
• Business Outcomes Ownership: Take responsibility for delivering business-critical outcomes, ensuring that all product and technical efforts directly contribute to company growth and success.
• Translation Between Teams: Act as the bridge between design/product and engineering teams, translating requirements, technical specifications, and business needs into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Web3 & Gaming Expertise (Preferred): Leverage knowledge of decentralized technologies, blockchain (Web3), and gaming to guide product strategies and execution, if applicable.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that expectations are set, progress is communicated, and deliverables align with business goals.

Tools & Processes Experience preferred:

• Confluence: Manage and organise project documentation and team collaboration.
• ClickUp: Track tasks, projects, and team performance with ease.
• Miro: Use visual collaboration boards for brainstorming and design sprints.
• Telegram & Slack: Facilitate real-time communication and team coordination.
• Figma: Collaborate with design teams for product and UX/UI development.
• GitBook: Organise technical documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in managing multiple product streams across diverse, multi- disciplinary teams.
• Strong track record of driving outcomes against OKRs and ensuring successful product delivery.
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and sprint management.
• Background in business analysis and creating/working with technical specifications.
• Ability to translate requirements across design, product, and tech teams seamlessly.
• Experience in Web3 technologies or blockchain is highly preferred.
• Gaming industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to be hands-on, with a willingness to dive deep into product and technical details.
• Strong understanding of business outcomes, able to align product delivery with overall business strategy.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in programme management, product management, or a related role.
• Experience in managing product teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and leadership skills to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work well under pressure, with a strong focus on outcomes and performance.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in Web3 technologies, blockchain, or decentralised applications.
• Background in game development or working in the gaming industry.
