Description -
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of HP's transformation journey to enable scalable operations in Contractual.
In this role you will project / program manage the transformation of the end-to-end flow of contractual transactions from Deployment Plan to Invoicing.
Responsibilities
• Independently lead a cross-functional program team tasked to deliver this major transformation of HP's process landscape
• Leads complex process design, re-design across functions
• Transforms critical organizational processes and capabilities to become adaptable, scalable, and strategically aligned.
• Solves problems independently and articulates complex issues across functions and businesses
• Collaborates with required parties to bring issues to resolution
• Identifies, implements and leads process improvements
• Mentors SME level employees
• Ensures appropriate Management of Change plans are developed and executed
• Leads regular governance and other engagements with stakeholders at L3 level or above
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in business operations, business process improvement, change management, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications
• Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP)
Knowledge & Skills
• Expert analytical skills and the ability to synthesize change quickly using advanced subject and process knowledge
• Transformational mindset and ability to develop innovative, new approaches and drive this to execution
• Excellent project management skills to run large scale highly complex cross functional transformation
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP, Agile) an advantage
