As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within Publicis Groupe. You will work closely with account management and production teams to define briefs, manage project lifecycles, and coordinate creative resources. Your responsibilities will include creating project schedules, managing budgets, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for fostering strong client relationships and collaborating with freelancers and external vendors.

Job Description

Robust operations and built by good Project Managers. They coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.

 

As a Project Manager

  • Work closely with the account management and production teams to define briefs and learn about status of new and existing projects
  • Take full ownership of a project lifecycle – plan, execute and monitor the project whilst considering triple constraints of time, scope/cost and quality
  • Manage creative resources
  • Create a schedule for all jobs with reviews of timelines and job statuses with relevant departments, and reschedule projects based on new or changing priorities
  • Meet with the relevant departments within the agency (sometimes external vendors) to distribute a brief and delegate tasks
  • Manage any change requests in any specifications required during the project delivery phase
  • Draft quotations, cost estimates and pitch rate cards following the company’s finance process
  • Manage the overall client relationship along with the account management team in accordance to the strategy and goals of the company
  • Work with freelancers and external vendors, getting them up to speed on jobs they will assist with
  • Able to anticipate and propose solutions to problems and knows when to escalate issues upwards 
  • Understands targets, and always on a look out for opportunities to cross-sell within the Groupe
