Job Description

Ness seeks a Project Manager with 10+ years' experience in the Insurance domain and strong Agile experience. Responsibilities include following Agile scrum practices, scheduling and performing Agile ceremonies, working with product owners on backlogs and new requests, developing product roadmaps, prioritizing user stories, directing and coordinating activities, communicating with stakeholders, resolving dependencies, and tracking/publishing engineering metrics. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills and experience managing software development projects within the insurance sector.

Must have:

10+ years' Project Management experience
Strong Agile experience
Insurance domain expertise
Software development project management
Stakeholder communication & collaboration

Ness is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in the Insurance domain, and 10+ years of relevant Project Management experience. Strong Experience working on agile projects is required.

Role Description:

Follow standard agile scrum practices for software development
Schedule & perform Agile scrum ceremonies and ensure on-time delivery as per the plan
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Develop product roadmap and prioritize user stories along with Product Owner
Direct, plan and co-ordinate activities
Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and relevant teams for mitigating any issues, resolving dependency
Track & publish engineering metrics and periodic updates
