In Summary:
As a Senior Android Developer at White Hat Gaming, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our Android applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user experience. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a diverse team of professionals.

The Job:

• Building a White Label iGaming app for daily use by millions of users worldwide.
• Proposing, recommending, and implementing the best technical solutions for business requirements.
• Maintaining high-quality code.
• Collaborating closely with UI/UX designers and developers from other teams.
• Ensuring the app is always ready for release.
• Challenging the status quo, asking questions.
• Debugging and resolving production issues.
• Writing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Working in an agile environment using the Scrum methodology.

What we are looking for:

• Are a “*S.O.L.I.D.*” Android developer.
• Maintain a strong portfolio of published native Android apps.
• Consistently produce high-quality code and ensure it stays this way over time.
• Continually enhance development practices through automation, experimentation, and testing.
• Create beautiful and performant Jetpack Compose views.
• Are an expert in the Google Play Store submission and review process.
• Have experience with modular mobile applications.
• Adopt a consultative mindset. Our purpose is to help clients overcome business challenges, not just to move tasks across Jira.
• Be transparent, eager to learn, open to share your knowledge and feedback.
• Keep up with the latest trends and advancements in our field.
• Have experience in app analytics and AB testing.
• Have experience in automated UI Testing at scale.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive team attitude.

Nice to have:

• Be a Software Craftsman.
• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Familiar with iOS app development and understand how it differs from Android.
• Experience with White Label mobile applications.
• Contribute to the Android community by helping to maintain open-source tools, speaking at conferences, writing a blog, etc.
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
