Experience: 3 to 6 years in Automation Testing (Mobile App Automation: Android or iOS)

Are you a seasoned Test Lead with a passion for mobile app testing? We are looking for someone like you to lead the quality assurance efforts for our innovative products

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Program, and Engineering teams to understand requirements and develop robust test strategies and plans.
• Test Management: Author and review test cases, implement best practices for test estimation and execution, and oversee the quality of test deliverables.
• Scrum Participation: Attend daily scrums, track QA progress, and provide consolidated updates to stakeholders.
• Efficiency Improvement: Proactively implement testing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce time to market.
• Automation: Drive towards 100% automation for regression suites, adopting defined test automation strategies.
• Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, provide guidance, and mentor team members.
• Test Environment Management: Establish and maintain processes for efficient test data and test environment management.
• Metrics Monitoring: Monitor and analyze test automation metrics, track test coverage, and provide regular status updates.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in test automation and CI/CD practices.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Programming Languages: Proficient in Java/Python for developing and maintaining test automation scripts.
• Tools: Experience with Charles Proxy, BrowserStack, LambdaTest, pCloudy, HeadSpin, etc.
• Frameworks: Exposure to TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, Eclipse.
• Databases: Worked with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Mocking Tools: Familiar with tools to mock data for testing purposes.
• CI/CD: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and integrating test automation suites into the CI/CD pipeline.
