Job Description

This Senior Post-Investment Operations Manager role at Tencent Games focuses on overseeing the post-investment operations of overseas projects. Responsibilities include monitoring the financial health of invested companies, managing board member appointments and materials, and supporting board/shareholder resolutions. The role also involves maintaining a database of post-investment companies and products, prioritizing key products, preparing regular reports for upper management, facilitating collaboration between invested companies and internal Tencent teams, and managing the internal investment information system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment/post-investment management, consulting, or business analysis, and a passion for the gaming industry.

Must have:

3+ years experience in investment/post-investment management
Strong financial, investment analysis, and project management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in English
Passion for the gaming industry

Good to have:

Overseas study background
Experience in management consulting or business analysis

岗位职责：

负责海外投资项目的投后运营中台工作，包括投后公司财务健康度追踪、董事任免流程&董事会材料管理、支持董事/股东决议等；
管理和维护海外小股权投后公司&产品pipeline database，定期刷新产品优先级和跟进重点产品合作进展；准备定期的小股权投资公司和高潜产品报告，向高层管理人员汇报进展。
与内部各个相关团队合作，积极促进投后公司与腾讯内部各团队交流合作；
管理内部投资信息系统的内容运营，协同内部团队及时沉淀投资/投后相关信息&文档，并与开发团队合作优化产品功能和体验。

Requirements:

本科及以上学历，海外留学背景优先，3年以上投资&投后管理、管理咨询、商业分析经验者优先；
热爱游戏，对游戏行业有热情；
自驱力强，工作踏实认真，有敬业精神，思维严谨，条理性强；
具有良好的沟通协调能力，有较强的团队合作意识和问题解决能力；
具备较好的商业分析能力，具备扎实的财务分析、投资分析、项目管理、风险评估预警和提出相应措施的能力；
能使用英语作为工作语言。
