The Strategy and Operations Manager I will define, implement, and execute key strategic priorities to drive operational excellence, business growth, and productivity. Responsibilities include planning, goal setting, territory design, expansion plans, managing business activities, providing business insights, ensuring cross-functional alignment, driving strategic partnerships, and executing new initiatives. This role requires influencing executive-level decisions using analytical insights, advising leadership on business challenges, improving operations through program launches and process streamlining, and designing and implementing business cadence to achieve key milestones. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, communication skills, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years Go-to-Market Strategy/Sales Operations experience
  • Experience managing business rhythms (planning, reviews, target setting)
  • Fluent English communication
  • Analytical skills (financial modeling, spreadsheets, SQL, Looker)
Good to have:
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree
  • Cross-functional collaboration & influencing skills
  • Compelling reporting & presentation skills
  • Stakeholder management & data-driven insights
  • Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
  • Experience managing rhythm of business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners in English.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience leveraging analytical skills (e.g. financial modeling, spreadsheet software, SQL, Looker, etc.) to problem solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
  • Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
  • Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Influence executive-level decision-making around core business decisions, such as prioritization of growth opportunities, through scalable and actionable analytical insights to increase productivity.
  • Be a trusted advisor to your organization and their leadership team, communicating, structuring, and problem solving ambiguous business challenges and supporting organization priorities.
  • Run and improve operations by launching new programs, target setting, streamlining processes, automating tasks, identifying opportunities across the business, and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Organize the design and implementation of business cadence to deliver effective operations and achieve key milestones.
