Description

The Development and Portfolio Support department is looking for a Project Manager to drive communications across domestic and international teams and manage project tracking and reporting. As part of the role, you will get exposed to a portfolio of video games within Tencent Games Global and get the chance to interface with various functions within the games business including development, publishing, and central platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive effective and timely communications between and among teams and leadership through translation support and materials;
• Prepare regular reports to leadership on the portfolio of in-development games and pipeline projects, and assist in distribution relevant project documentation to stakeholders;
• Support development of portfolio and business plans including conducting necessary research and analysis;

• Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by managers to support project management and team objectives;
• Play team PMO role to help team track and deliver on goals and assist with coordination;

岗位要求

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese; able to handle verbal and written translations;
• Great verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaborations;
• Organized, with an ability to handle multiple tasks/coordinate workflows to meet deadlines;
• Proficiency with Microsoft office tools, especially PowerPoint, required ;
• Experience or deep interest in video game development/industry, preferably mobile games.
