Your organizational, communication and hustle skills are second to none and you enjoy developing solutions that push innovative boundaries. You’ll work closely with the Director of Operations to strategize and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success at OneScreen. You’ll be responsible for executing end-to-end projects within the timeline. To be successful as a Senior Manager-Media Planning, you should demonstrate solid execution and analytical skills, exhibit strong business acumen, as well as a commitment to productivity.


Key Responsibilities

Senior Manager - Media Planning:

  • You should have a sound knowledge of working with MS Office products, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.
  • You need to monitor media trends, blogs, and media campaigns of competitors and continuously innovate.
  • Creating and presenting strategic digital media plans based on sound analytics, supported by data.
  • Developing innovative solutions to continuously position as a cutting-edge source for media strategy.
  • Deploying appropriate technology platforms to find and engage with key target audience segments.
  • Create media strategy and campaign plans (propose, iterate as needed, and secure approval from clients).
  • Analyze client's post-campaign performance and recommend refinements.


Key Requirements for the role

  • 3+ years of experience in an operations or project management role (preferably from an OOH background).
  • Demonstrated ability to hustle and deliver.
  • Ability to work under ambiguity and unstructured situations.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and strong analytical skills. Should be able to drive data-backed decision-making.
  • Superior negotiation skills in both internal and external settings.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
  • Should be willing to work EST hours.
