As a Digital Marketing Associate / Team lead, you will be a key part of Paytm Central
User Growth team and will help drive the customer acquisition and retention through
different digital marketing channels (Majorly focused on OEMs, Appstores, DSPs &
Direct Publisher Apps).
Your primary responsibilities will include:
● Planning and Buying: Leading the user acquisition from App stores, DSPs,
Direct publisher apps deals & Affiliates. Always lookout for the new relevant
channels to meet the business objective of scale & optimisation.
● Partner Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with media
partners to negotiate favorable rates and secure premium inventory.
● Performance Optimization: Monitoring campaign performance, identifying
opportunities for improvement, and making real-time adjustments to optimize
CPT.
● In-depth Data Analysis: Analyzing campaign data, including MMP data from
tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular, to identify trends, measure
effectiveness, and inform future strategies.
● Budget Management: Managing media budgets efficiently and allocating funds
to optimize campaign performance.
● Regular campaign Operations: Person will be responsible for clearance of all
relevant invoices and need to collaborate with the legal team to make sure
agreements/IOs are in place.
Required Skills and Experience:
● 3-5 years of experience in digital media buying
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google
Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
● Should have the necessary skills & comfort in writing copies / scripts for different
marketing campaigns and share detailed briefs with the creative team.
● Mandatory exposure to MMP tools (AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust, Singular
etc.)
● Exposure to any analytical tool (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus.
● Excellent negotiation and communication skills
● Candidates from startup background will be preferred.
● A passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow. Up-to-date with
the latest developments in the digital ecosystem & willingness to explore the
uncharted territories.
