Lurkit seeks a Campaign/Customer Success Manager with deep content creator industry knowledge. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end campaign operations (negotiations, contracts, briefs, approvals, reporting), prospecting creators, client/agency communication, platform expertise, client onboarding, proactive support, and creating client presentations. The role also involves supporting the sales team with client meetings and platform demonstrations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, alongside deep knowledge of the gaming and content creator landscape.
Must have:
  • Deep knowledge of gaming and content creator industry
  • Experience with Discord and Slack
  • Fluent in English and one of Chinese, Korean, or Japanese
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Good to have:
  • Previous experience with influencer marketing/campaign management
  • Experience at a SaaS company (gaming-related)
  • Passion for gaming
  • Experience in game development/publishing
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM

What are we looking for?
We seek a talented Customer Success/Campaign manager with deep knowledge of the content creator industry.

As a Campaign Manager, you'll help our clients to ensure they get the results they aim for with their paid campaigns. You will work on making some of the best games in the industry reach their audience. This will include making plans together with clients, but also requires a deep understanding of the content creation industry in gaming. We want to be the best that our clients can turn to to make the best campaigns possible.

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll help our customers succeed with Lurkit. That will be done reactively by answering all questions they could have or helping them hands-on with the tool. And proactively by identifying improvement points before the client even notices themself.

Working at Lurkit, you will

As a Campaign Manager:

  • Execute end-to-end campaign operations (negotiating, contracts, briefs, content approvals, reporting)
  • Prospect potential creators.
  • Handle communication between the client and the influencer/content creator agencies with which we have relationships.

As a Customer Success Manager:

  • Be a pro of the platform.
  • You need to become the go-to person for any “how-to” questions.
  • Onboard new clients to the platform.
  • Provide extra support to certain clients, addressing their weekly needs within the platform.
  • Work proactively with clients.
  • Create presentations and then hold meetings with clients where you present a plan of what they should do to get the most out of the platform.
  • Support the Sales team in meetings with clients, help create mock accounts to show off the platform in the best way, and more.

Key Qualifications

Hard skills:

  • Deep knowledge of gaming and the content creator industry
  • Experience with communication channels like Discord and Slack.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluent in at least one of the following languages: Chinese (Mandarin), Korean, or Japanese.

Soft skills:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A problem-solving mindset.
  • Creative thought process.
  • Excellent team-working skills.
  • Great at multitasking.
  • Be a part of creating structure.

Merits:

  • Previous experience with influencer marketing/campaign management
  • Previous experience at a SaaS company. Especially gaming-related.
  • Passion for all things gaming.
  • Previous experience in the development/publishing of games.
  • Experience working with a CRM like HubSpot.
