We're looking for a sharp, T-shaped performance marketer to join Sinch's Mailjet team (https://www.mailjet.com/ ). You're a performance marketing pro with skills in analytics and CRO—a multi-trick pony who sees beyond bid optimization and performance max.

• Plan, test, implement, and measure multi-channel media campaigns to drive inbound demand.
• Perform audience research to develop new campaign ideas for paid search and paid social.
• Manage day-to-day performance across several media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads paid search.
• Day-to-day optimization and monitoring of assigned accounts, with a specialized focus on direct response and performance.
• Analyze performance data and report on results, including campaign results, data stories and spend recommendations.
• Rapidly iterate on strategy based on findings.

• REQUIRED - Proficiency in building & managing ad campaigns in Google Ads
• REQUIRED - Proficiency in building & managing ad campaigns in Meta
• REQUIRED - Fluency in English and French. (Other languages a bonus.)
• Demonstrated experience building & optimizing paid media campaigns for other paid channels (Reddit and LinkedIn for example).
• Familiarity with how digital ads are served and tracked using pixels, URL parameters (UTM codes).
• Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments.
• Experience managing a six-figure paid marketing budget.
