Scopely is looking for a Senior Performance Product Manager (Growth) to join our Monopoly GO! game.This is a hybrid/remote role open to candidates in either Ireland, Spain, Portugal or the UK..

We are seeking a multifaceted Product Growth Manager to orchestrate our product-led growth initiatives. As a PGM, you will be pivotal in identifying and driving strategies to improve user acquisition and retention, focusing on driving balanced organic growth.

Monopoly GO! is our new casual game and a key franchise that has just become one of Scopely’s largest games enjoyed by millions of players. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.

What You’ll Do 
  • Own and optimize growth metrics, delivering impactful initiatives that align with our product-led growth strategy
  • Together with Vertical Owner, develop and refine the growth strategy, ensuring it is aligned with the overall business goals and market trends. Build roadmaps for scaling user base and growing user engagement
  • Conduct comprehensive market and customer research to understand evolving needs and opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, analytics, and design, to develop features and experiences optimized for growth
  • Implement and analyze experiments across the user journey to improve product usage and customer behavior
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including customer retention, acquisition, activation, and conversion rates
What We’re Looking For 
  • Proven experience in product management, with a strong emphasis on product growth preferably in the mobile gaming or related digital industry
  • Outstanding analytical abilities with a hands-on approach to data-driven decision making
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with a track record of effectively leading cross-functional teams
  • Innovative and creative, with a proven track record to navigate challenges and implement solutions optimally
  • Familiarity with growth hacking techniques and the latest in product management technologies and methodologies
