The Senior CRM Manager will lead and manage a team of CRM professionals to optimize campaigns, improve player retention, and drive sales growth within key markets. Responsibilities include mentoring the team, creating data-driven campaigns, and collaborating with other departments. This role requires a passion for sports, data analysis, and leadership, focusing on achieving performance targets and enhancing player experiences. The candidate will be responsible for player retention and ARPU in your markets.

ABOUT THE ROLE

At LeoVegas, we’re on a mission to deliver the greatest iGaming experience in the world – and now we’re looking for a Senior CRM Manager to help us take our Sportsbook to the next level across our key markets.

Key to our success is recruiting a candidate that can mentor, train and supervise a team of three mid-level CRM professionals, to shape their campaigns more strategically and provide direction to them about how they can have more productive data-driven conversations with key stakeholders around the business (country managers, product, tech etc).

You will be nurturing and growing a team of eager and excited CRM professionals to be the best versions of themselves as well as helping to shape our strategic approach to sportsbook to deliver incremental sales improvements month on month are key success factors of this role.

If you’ve got a passion for sports, love data-driven campaigns, and know how to lead a team with energy and purpose, you might be just who we’re looking for.

This role would suit someone with existing management responsibilities - direct line or non-direct line - or a specialist looking to take their first steps in management with support from a great team.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

        Own Your Markets -You’ll be responsible for player retention and ARPU in your markets. If something needs improving, you'll spot it and pivot strategies to make it roar.

        Lead the Pack - Mentor, develop, and inspire your CRM Execs to smash targets and grow their skills. You’ll create a culture of performance, curiosity, and collaboration.

        Create Smart Campaigns - From bonusing to player journeys, you’ll build and launch engaging, automated CRM campaigns that players love — and that keep them coming back.

        Teamwork is the Dreamwork -Collaborate across the business — with Marketing, Product, Data, and more — to make sure your campaigns are aligned, effective, and awesome.

        Let the Data Guide You -Use insights and analysis to shape your strategies and improve performance. Everything you do should be backed by numbers and focused on results.

        Always Be Evolving  -Stay ahead of the game by encouraging innovation, testing new ideas, and making sure your team is always learning and growing.

        You’ve delivered CRM campaigns that engage players and boost value.

        You’ve worked with CRM and/or data tools and know how to use them well.

        You’re great at turning numbers into action and improving performance.

        You’re a strong leader and communicator who can juggle stakeholders with ease.

        iGaming experience is a big plus — especially if you love sports!

        You’re full of ideas, energy, and passion for creating top-notch player experiences.
