Requirements and responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Requirement Engineer, you will work closely with the Product Owner, helping him/her to manage the stakeholder and the backlog items (User Story, Epics and Technical Tasks) to enable the development and testing team to get their job done.

What you’ll do

  • Gather, organize, and evaluate relevant requirements within the organization and outside of it;
  • Analyze requirements and transform them into Epics and User Stories;
  • Consolidating acceptance criteria with business stakeholders, development, UX/UI and testing;
  • Documentation of requirements in Jira and Confluence;
  • Testing and acceptance of the user stories within the sprint;
  • Demo sessions for stakeholders;
  • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders;
  • Identifying business needs.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 4-5 years of professional experience in Agile development with applications as a Requirement Engineer / Business Analyst;
  • Ability to analyze complex tasks and structures, to work out the essentials;
  • Experience in elicitation, analysis, specification, testing, and managing the requirements;
  • Knowhow in effective writing User Stories in a simple, clear, brief, and functional manner that will value the user needs;
  • Previous experience in architecture or development;
  • Experience in analyzing architecture and flows;
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
