Job Summary
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior FullStack Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and productionizing cloud-based services and full-stack applications utilizing NLP solutions, including GenAI models. This includes implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating cloud infrastructure with Terraform, and writing various types of tests. You will work in an agile team environment, support data science experimentation environments, and monitor/optimize application performance. Collaboration with data scientists and other developers is key, as is educating others on coding standards and quality. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and requires proficiency in Python and JavaScript for full-stack development, strong understanding of object-oriented design, and experience with AWS cloud services.
Must have:
- Develop cloud-based services and full-stack applications with NLP/GenAI
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines
- Automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform
- Write unit, integration, and performance tests
- Work in an agile team environment
- Support Data Science experimentation environments
- Monitor and optimize application performance

- 5-8 years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript
- Experience with unit testing and code reviews
- Strong object-oriented design knowledge
- Strong experience with AWS cloud services (EKS, Lambda, S3)
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and tracing tools
- Knowledge of message queues and event-driven architectures
- Experience with CI/CD in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
- Experience writing front-end web apps with JavaScript and React
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Proficiency in C# or Java
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Good to have:
- Experience in Azure or GCP cloud services
- Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts

Requirements and responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Develop and productionize cloud-based services and full-stack applications utilizing NLP solutions, including GenAI models.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
- Write unit tests, integration tests and performance tests
- Work in a team environment using agile practices
- Support administration of Data Science experimentation environment including AWS Sagemaker and Nvidia GPU servers
- Monitor and optimize application performance and infrastructure costs.
- Collaborate with data scientists and other developers to integrate and deploy data science models into production environments
- Educate others to improve and coding standards, code quality and test coverage, documentation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of services.
- 5-8 years of experience in software engineering
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for full-stack development.
- Experience in writing and maintaining high quality code – utilizing techniques like unit testing and code reviews
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design and programming concepts
- Strong experience with AWS cloud services, including EKS, Lambda, and S3.
- Knowledge of Docker containers and orchestration tools including Kubernetes
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and tracing tools (e.g., Datadog, Kibana, Grafana).
- Knowledge of message queues and event-driven architectures (e.g., AWS SQS, Kafka).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
What you’ll bring

- Proficiency in C# or Java
