Job Description

As an Associate Director (Sales Channel/Affiliates), you will lead multiple departments, guiding managers and senior professionals to achieve sales targets. Your core responsibility involves overseeing all sales channel and affiliate activities, including BDR pipeline development, to maximize revenues and cultivate strong, long-term partner relationships. You will provide strategic direction, execute large-scale sales initiatives, conduct high-level negotiations, and efficiently allocate resources. This role requires a passion for strategic growth and exceptional leadership to drive sales channel efforts to new heights, ensuring compliance and innovation.

Job Details

What You'll be Doing:

As an Associate Director (Sales Channel/Affiliates), you will provide leadership and guidance to managers, supervisors, and senior professionals across multiple departments within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the performance and results of all sales channel and affiliate-related activities as well as BDR pipeline build, spearheading initiatives to maximize revenues and foster long-term partner relationships.
