The ideal candidate is action-focused and data-driven, with a love of breaking down problems and delivering large projects end-to-end. You’ll collaborate across internal teams (sales, product, engineering, and marketing) and act as a central, data-driven program manager leading the alignment and execution of operational processes, systems, and workflows for our SMB teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead sales process optimization for your market by mapping, analyzing, and redesigning workflows; partner with sales leadership to scope and prioritize opportunities for improvement, estimating impact and resource/investment requirements.
  • Examine process flows to identify operational gaps, develop solutions, and collaborate with key stakeholders to define and implement the ideal future-state processes.
  • Project manage end-to-end process optimization, from requirements gathering and scoping to implementation, training, rollout, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional needs.
  • Drive understanding and adoption of core and critical processes among sales executives, process owners, and partners by delivering clear communication, targeted training, and scalable enablement content.
  • Define problem statements, collaborate closely with technical partners (Product, Engineering, Sales), and help implement process automations, new tool integrations, and scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor sales tool usage, efficiency, and adoption; analyze data to surface actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Support the evaluation, rollout, and continuous assessment of new tools, systems, features or AI solutions that can help the team automate processes and scale effectively.
  • Share key learnings, operational best practices, and feedback to the Global Program Management team to drive consistency and enable scaling of successful initiatives worldwide.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in business or customer operations, technical project management, or program management, ideally within SMB, channel sales, or digital advertising environments.
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset and curiosity, is comfortable working independently, and proactively solves problems by engaging directly with sales and vendor teams, diving into operational details to resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Gong is strongly preferred; additional experience with tools such as Medallia, Calendly, and Outbound prospecting tools is a plus.
  • Skilled at establishing shared goals, aligning with and influencing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver large-scale process redesigns or systems implementations from initial scoping through to rollout and adoption.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience breaking down ambiguous data problems, surfacing actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, able to meet rigorous deadlines while balancing multiple priorities, and recognized for strong attention to detail and consistent productivity in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex topics and deliver effective presentations or training to diverse audiences.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, with Spanish proficiency a plus, to collaborate seamlessly with global and regional teams.
  • Experience with vendor management, workflow automation, or AI/SQL tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
