Job Description

PHINIA is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Analyst (Analista de Vendas Aftermarket) to provide technical and commercial support to distributors, end customers, and sales representatives. The role involves building customer relationships, prospecting new clients, conducting technical and commercial presentations, and developing/executing campaigns with distributors. Responsibilities include creating sales reports, providing technical support to manufacturing, warranty, and logistics departments, managing distributor accounts, identifying quality issues and collaborating on improvements, and coordinating statutory reports. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or related fields, experience in sales and after-sales, preferably in the automotive aftermarket parts distribution market, and advanced English and Spanish.
Must have:
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Administration, or related.
  • Sales and after-sales experience.
  • Knowledge of "Alternator and Starter Motor" products.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Advanced English and Spanish.
Good to have:
  • Experience in automotive aftermarket parts distribution.

JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Posição: Analista de Vendas Aftermarket  

Localização: Brusque, Brasil

Responsabilidades:

  • Fornecer suporte técnico e comercial a distribuidores, clientes finais e representantes comerciais.
  • Construir relacionamentos com os clientes, prospectar novos clientes e manter contato constante
  • Realizar palestras técnicas e comerciais para todas as empresas do canal de distribuição e visita aos clientes no Brasil.
  • Desenvolver, planejar e executar campanhas e eventos com todos os distribuidores
  • Crie relatórios de acompanhamento de vendas.
  • Fornecer suporte técnico aos departamentos de fabricação, garantia e logística
  • Gerenciar contas de distribuidores
  • Identificar os problemas de qualidade, definindo em conjunto com a engenharia do produto e departamento as ações de melhoria ou de correção.
  • Coordenar os registros de relatórios estatutários para autoridades locais e equipe corporativa.
  • Revisar e aconselhar ativamente sobre processos financeiros/contábeis.
  • Executar análises financeiras e projetos conforme necessário.

O que estamos procurando

  • Superior Completo em Engenharia Mecânica, Elétrica, Eletrônica, Administração, Tecnólogo em Mecânica ou Eletromecânica ou afins
  • Experiência em vendas e pós-vendas, preferencial na área automotiva, Mercado de distribuição de peças automobilísticas
  • Conhecimento de produtos elétricos “Alternador e Motor de Partida”
  • Negociação
  • Inglês e Espanhol avançado
