Job Summary

Job Description

This role involves providing technical and commercial support to distributors, end customers, and sales representatives, building customer relationships, prospecting new clients, and conducting technical and commercial presentations. The analyst will also develop and execute campaigns, create sales tracking reports, provide technical support to manufacturing, warranty, and logistics departments, manage distributor accounts, identify quality issues, and coordinate statutory reports.
Must have:

  • Identify quality problems, defining improvement or correction actions with product engineering and department.
  • Coordinate statutory report registrations for local authorities and corporate team.
  • Review and actively advise on financial/accounting processes.
  • Execute financial analysis and projects as needed.
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Administration, Mechanical or Electromechanical Technologist or related fields.
  • Experience in sales and after-sales, preferably in the automotive area, Automotive parts distribution market.
  • Knowledge of electrical products "Alternator and Starter Motor".
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Advanced English and Spanish.

JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Position: Aftermarket Sales Analyst

Location: Brusque, Brazil

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and commercial support to distributors, end customers, and sales representatives.
  • Build relationships with customers, prospect new customers, and maintain constant contact.

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Administration, Mechanical or Electromechanical Technologist or related fields.
