The Sales Director role at MarketScale is for a high-performing individual contributor focused on revenue generation. This full-cycle role involves making over 100 outbound calls daily, engaging with 15-20 potential buyers (CMOs, VPs, Founders), managing their own calendar for prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. The director will be heavily involved in Zoom meetings, client visits, and trade shows, while consistently tracking metrics and creating their own momentum. They are expected to produce content like personal videos, podcast appearances, and social-ready assets to contribute to revenue and sales goals.

  • You’ll be making 100+ outbound calls per day
  • You’ll talk to 15–20 actual buyers daily (CMOs, VPs, Founders—not assistants)
  • You’ll run your own calendar: prospect, book, pitch, close
  • You’ll be on Zoom meetings, client visits, trade show floors, and call blocks
  • You’ll live inside your metrics—no guessing, no hiding, total visibility
  • You’ll be expected to create your own momentum—not wait for handouts
  • You will need to produce content—personal videos, podcast appearances, social-ready assets
  • You will be held to a high standard of output, quality, and revenue
