Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Practice/Solution Manager – Data & Analytics to lead our data and analytics initiatives, drive client engagements, and shape our solution offerings. This role blends delivery oversight, go-to-market leadership, pre-sales solutioning, and capability development. Key responsibilities include defining practice strategy, driving adoption of modern data platforms like Databricks and Snowflake, and overseeing development of accelerators. The role also involves solutioning and pre-sales activities, collaboration with sales teams, leading technical discovery sessions, and working with partners. Engagement oversight includes providing governance for data initiatives and ensuring delivery excellence. People development involves mentoring a team and defining skill roadmaps.
Must have:
- 15-20 years in Data & Analytics
- 7-8 years in leadership/solutioning
- Strong experience in data architecture/engineering/BI/data science
- Deep knowledge of modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, BigQuery)
- Consultative role or IT services experience
- Proven pre-sales and solutioning experience
- Familiarity with GenAI in data solutions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Good to have:
- Experience with industry tools (Informatica, dbt, Spark, Airflow)
- Understanding of data privacy and governance (GDPR, HIPAA, Unity Catalog)
- Relevant certifications

Practice/Solution Manager – Data & Analytics
We are seeking an experienced and driven Practice/Solution Manager – Data & Analytics to lead our data and analytics initiatives, drive client engagements, and shape our solution offerings. This role blends delivery oversight, go-to-market leadership, pre-sales solutioning, and capability development to drive growth and innovation within the Data & Analytics practice.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership & Strategy
- Define, refine, and execute the Data & Analytics practice strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Drive adoption of modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Oversee development of accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets.
- Track emerging trends (Data Mesh, GenAI, Unified Governance, Real-time Analytics) and evolve practice offerings accordingly.
Solutioning & Pre-Sales
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to shape and pitch winning data-driven solutions.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, create solution blueprints, and support proposal development.
- Work with partners (e.g., Databricks, Microsoft, Snowflake) to align joint value propositions.
Engagement Oversight
- Provide governance and oversight for large data initiatives – Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, AI/ML platforms.
- Ensure delivery excellence through best practices, quality assurance, and stakeholder management.
- Resolve delivery issues and escalate risks proactively.
People & Capability Development
- Mentor and grow a team of data architects, engineers, and analysts.
- Define skill roadmaps, training plans, and certifications for the team.
- Contribute to internal communities of practice and thought leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 15–20 years of experience in Data & Analytics, with at least 7–8 years in a leadership or solutioning role.
- Strong experience across data architecture, engineering, BI/visualization, and/or data science.
- Deep knowledge of modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, etc.).
- Experience working in a consultative role or within a systems integrator/IT services environment.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, proposal development, and client solutioning.
- Experience with industry-Istandard tools and frameworks (Informatica, dbt, Apache Spark, Airflow, etc.).
- Understanding of data privacy, governance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, Unity Catalog).
- Familiarity with GenAI and its application in data solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Relevant certifications.
