YOUR GAME
We are seeking an experienced Sound Designer to join our team. You’ll be working alongside the Lead Audio Designer, and Sound Programmers, following the game's audio vision to create, implement and maintain Audio Content for upcoming Updates to Albion Online.
As a Sound Designer at Sandbox Interactive you will primarily be responsible for the design and implementation of Sound Effects in our games and Voice Lines editing and implementation will also be an occasional responsibility.
Your goal is to ensure the highest quality across all aspects of the game’s audio is achieved. Reporting to the Lead Audio Designer, you will have a big hand in defining and executing the audio direction for the project, both creatively and technically. The ideal candidate will have experience as a sound designer on mid sized titles, strong creative sound design skills, technical integration skills, and knowledge of dynamic mixing systems. They ideally have an affinity for creating spells, creatures and combat as well as UI sound effects for fantasy games. Additional experience with dialogue design, and music system design is a plus. Please note: This is not a music composition role. Please ensure your CV, portfolio and showreel/example list showcase your audio design and implementation skills. This role will be a hybrid role at our Berlin Office. The exact details of the hybrid arrangement will be defined with the candidate.

Work with the Lead Audio Designer to define and maintain vision
Present audio interests within cross-discipline feature groups
Document audio features you work on
