ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer with extensive UI experience to lead the design efforts for our cutting-edge games, websites, and digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, developers, and artists to create seamless and captivating user experiences.

JOB LOCATION: Mumbai (Andheri West)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design and development of user interfaces for our games, websites and other digital products ensuring a cohesive and engaging visual experience.
• Create high-quality graphics for storyboarding, UI elements for games and other digital products, which align with the overall design aesthetic.
• Work with the Creative Director, artists, and developers to understand user requirements and translate them into effective UI designs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to illustrate design concepts and user flows.
• Collaborate with the art team to ensure a consistent visual style across all game assets.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine UI designs.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and user interface design.
• Assist the Creative Director to support the game development pipeline and production processes. You will work closely with the Creative Director to ensure smooth project flow, efficient production schedules, and high-quality game releases.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Minimum of 4-5years of experience in graphic design, with focused on UI design.
• Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional graphic design and UI skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
