Senior Software Engineer needed for Tencent's Security & Compliance team. Must have 5+ years experience, strong ReactJS and NextJS skills, and backend development knowledge.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Security & Compliance team and enhance our game development security practices.

全栈开发工程师。
深度理解软件开发生命周期中的各个环节。
参与从需求理解，原型设计，产品化，架构设计，流程设计，以及后续的研发和系统维护。
熟悉SaaS软件的特点。
并且熟练使用Git，以及配套的运维、运营工具。
排查和解决复杂的技术问题。
指导和培训初级工程师，营造持续学习和改进的文化氛围。

Requirements:

岗位要求:

5 年以上软件开发经验
熟练掌握ReactJS和NextJS框架，能够独立开发高质量的前端应用。
精通NodeJS、NestJS或Python等后端开发框架，能够设计和实现稳定、高效的后端服务
具有构建和管理后台系统及管理界面的丰富经验，能够设计用户友好的操作界面。
至少具有一种或多种公有云平台（如腾讯云、AWS、GCP、Azure）的实际操作经验，能够熟练部署和管理云上应用。
熟悉Kubernetes和容器编排，能够设计和管理基于容器的微服务架构
具备优秀的问题解决能力，能够快速排查和解决复杂的技术问题，确保系统的稳定性和可靠性。
良好的沟通能力，能够在跨部门团队环境中高效协作，推动项目顺利进行。
熟悉国际化工作与不同文化的人交流。

优先考虑:

对信息安全领域拥有浓厚的兴趣。
具有相关安全系统研发经验，如DevSecOps工具链中的相关技术。
具有高并发、分布式系统经验。
了解数据库系统（SQL 和 NoSQL）。
熟悉监控和日志工具（如 Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack）。
具有基础设施即代码（IaC）工具经验（如 Terraform)
具有良好的英文听说读写能力。
