We are looking for a Staff AI Engineer to work with us on a groundbreaking gaming platform with an aim to disrupt how games are made. You will help us build the next generation of tools for both internal products, as well as tools for external content creators in the future.

You will be responsible for building and tuning a LLM that can be used to shape how we will build games in the future. You will also be responsible for taking that platform and integrating into a gaming platform.

You will need to understand the latest technologies, costs, and risks associated with each decision we make, and understand the viability of anything we try. Things like RAG, Vector Search, Fine Tuning, Embedding, and even eventually training a full scale LLM from scratch.

Responsibilities

Architect and build new foundational AI technologies focused around game and content creation in particular training and deploying new models, coming up with novel schemas and representations for game data, etc.
Integrate AI platform technology into game development engines and pipelines.
Train and educate leadership and engineering team on the latest in AI technology

Specific Skills

7+ years of experience as an IC working on high scale distributed and ML systems
Have familiarity with the latest AI research and working knowledge of how these systems are efficiently implemented
Are comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing conditions. You view changes as an opportunity to add structure and order when necessary
Python and Data Science Frameworks, CUDA, Kubernetes, PyTorch.
Core understanding of existing LLM APIs like OpenAI, Vertex, Llama 2, etc.
