Staff Engineer (QA Automation)

Must have Skills : Java (Strong), Selenium, JavaScript (Capable),

• Strong knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, playwright, or the recent trending tools.
• Expertise in API automation using Rest Assured or similar.
• Expertise in Mobile automation.
• Able to find automation candidates and act fast on automation implementation.
• Identify automation opportunities in software testing, operations, and system performance monitoring.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues with automated systems and processes.
• Ensure automation scripts are efficient, reusable, and compliant with industry standards and security best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including automation designs, code documentation, and user manuals.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide feedback to other team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new automation opportunities that drive business value.
• Monitor automated systems for failures and performance issues, ensuring high availability and smooth operations.
