What we are looking for:
The Krafton Americas Publishing office is currently seeking a Strategy Associate. Our team focuses on delivering strategic analyses and insights to our current/future KRAFTON businesses by analyzing and monitoring relevant markets & industries
Responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of KRAFTON's business environment and deliver actionable strategic frameworks
- Comprehensive analysis of the game and relevant industries
- Perform competitor/player analysis and identify gaps and opportunities
- Regularly present analyses and reports on key operating metrics to executive business leaders
- Incorporate strategic insights into presentation materials for executive business leaders
- Demonstrate domain knowledge and expertise in a range of skills, such as business model development, pricing, GTM, NPD, publishing, data analysis, organizational strategy, consumer/market research, etc.
- Collaborate with internal team members to define project objectives, set key performance metrics, and establish project methodologies
- Conduct research, stakeholder interviews, brainstorming sessions, and analysis on projects related to marketing, creative content, game features, UI, etc.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of strategy related or other relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytics and presentation skills with track record of presenting complex data-driven analyses to executives/senior management clearly and concisely
- Open minded listener who can understand differing views, opinions, and aspects of business
- Open to cultural differences in order to lead a global strategy that reflects diverse opinions from various regions
- Excellent communication, problem solving, time-management, and organizational skills
- Excellent document creation skills in PowerPoint
- Advanced skills in MS Office suite, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bi-lingual in English and Korean
Preferred Qualifications
- Management consulting experience
- Knowledge and experience in the Game Industry
- Knowledge and experience in Data Analysis/Statistics
