Descripción del empleo

  • Como Supervisor estarás tendrás la tarea de liderar un equipo de presentadores de juegos y auxiliares.
  • Monitorear el equipo en base a KPI's de desempeño y productividad.
  • Supervisar que la transmisión de los juegos siempre se desarrolle con normalidad.
  • Identificar interrupciones o problemas técnicos que afecten la transmisión y reportar de inmediato a las áreas pertinentes.
  • Presentar reportes de desempeño a gerencia. 

Requisitos

  • Educación técnica o superior.
  • Inglés fluido nivel avanzado (capacidad de mantener una conversación fluida, se evaluará en la entrevista) 
  • Experiencia gestionando o liderando equipos de trabajo.
  • Experiencia trabajando en base a metas individuales y grupales.
  • Conocimientos nivel intermedio en Office. (MS Office, electrónico mail, etc.).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos semanales (Mañana / tarde / noche).
  • Es un plus si tienes experiencia liderando equipos en el rubro de juegos de azar, ventas o call-center.
