HR Generalist – Internship

Job Responsibilities

All’interno del Team HR di Haleon Italy, con il supporto del Tutor ed attraverso un piano di inserimento e formazione on the job con la funzione HR, il/la candidato/a avrà l’opportunità di collaborare alle seguenti attività:

• Supportare la realizzazione di programmi di engagement dedicati ai dipendenti
• Supportare le attività di formazione come presidiare la raccolta candidature e le iscrizioni ai percorsi di Valore D; formalizzare e completare le attività relative ai progetti di formazione finanziata
• Supporto al fleet management
• Condurre analisi quantitative attraverso Excel
• Supportare la predisposizione di presentazioni e report
• Interfacciarsi con i dipendenti e offrire supporto nella condivisione di feedback e risposte relativamente a richieste pervenute 
• La risorsa verrà altresì coinvolta all’interno di progetti speciali e trasversali in ambito HR

Requirements

• Laurea in Economia, Business Administration
• Preferibile Master in HR Management
• Inglese fluente (C1/C2)
• Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office (specialmente Excel e PowerPoint)
• Passione verso il mondo HR e interesse anche per gli aspetti più analytics del ruolo
• Abilità nella gestione di più progetti
• Capacità relazionali
